NICHOLAS GERVASI

Nicholas Gervasi, AIA is a licensed architect, writer, preservationist, and educator. From 2013-14 and 2017-20, he worked at Terreform ONE in various roles on the Monarch Sanctuary, Cricket Shelter, and Design with Life, among others. He recently taught Sustainability: History and Practice at the CUNY New York City College of Technology as an Adjunct Assistant Professor. He earned an M.S. in Historic Preservation at the Columbia University Graduate School of Architecture, Planning & Preservation; M.Arch and B.Arch at Tulane University. He is licensed in the State of Ohio; and accredited LEED AP BD+C, WELL AP, LFA, and FINRA SIE. He is currently completing his J.D. at Fordham University School of Law.
